Also, I thought the barbarian bonus was on top of any other mods, so a barb dwarf in armor is still 30...

FYI, according to the SRD, Mitrhil shifts an armor down one catagory (Light minimum).

Those are found in Races of Stone, and thusly would be illegal to use. It'd have to be a little different.
