3.5 IH stuff from my old notes

I also found this in my notes, nearly complete. I'm pretty sure a Muhlatimic Dragon should be far more powerful than this, but this thing is already absurd, so....

At normal size, the dragon is 3000 feet long, about one-third of which is tail. It can change its apparent size from about 7 feet long to about 60 miles long (see Aspatial special quality).

Ability Notes: The dragon is always hasted.

It ignores immunity to critical hits, and automatically confirms all critical threats.

Foes with fewer than 1000 HD automatically fail saving throws against the dragon's abilities.

It automatically power attacks for the amount by which the attack roll exceeds AC at a 3:2 ratio.

Abreal: The dragon radiates a -500 null penalty on all rolls, AC, etc. to all opponents within 150 miles.

Abrogation: The dragon abrogates the two greatest abilities of its opponent (one ability per wing).

Adimensional: All attacks, effects, and spells have 90% miss chance vs. the dragon.

Alter Reality: The dragon can replicate any spell up to 50th-level as a swift action. The save DC is Charisma-based.

Aspatial: A Muhlatimic Dragon exists largely beyond space. It gains no size bonuses or penalties to any roll. Its Reach is infinite. By default, its space is calculated as if it was Macro-Small (2000 ft.), but it can alter this at will from space 5 ft. (Medium) to space 40 miles (Macro-Titanic).

Atemporal: A Muhlatimic Dragon exists beyond time. It cannot be undermined by time travel (as Slipstream). Transtemporal opponents do not get extra actions against it, but the dragon gets triple actions against non-Transtemporal beings. Muhlatimics do not advance through age categories as do lesser dragons; they are always Great Wyrms.

Breath Weapon (Su): Line of uttermost annihilation (Infinite range, 1 mile width). Instant death as per power word kill for any creature with less than 1 billion hp (no saving throw); annihilates 100 divine ranks (Reflex DC 2010 half). Abrogate only removes one of the breath weapon’s effects, not both! A muhlatimic dragon can breathe every round.

Dimensional Masteries (Ex): A muhlatimic dragon contains and effectively 'is' one or more entire Realities, composed of dimensions, planes, planar layers, star systems/planets, etc. It is immune to any weapon or physical harm from within its Realities (except one artifact) and any magic from within its Realities (except one spell).

Divine Bonus (Ex): A muhlatimic dragon contains illimitable reservoirs of quintessence. It is considered equivalent to a high lord and gains a divine bonus of +500.

Immunities: A muhlatimic dragon is immune to acid, cold, electricity, fire, negative energy, and sonic damage; death effects, energy drain, paralysis, sleep, and stunning.

Inner/Evil Eye: The dragon gets the maximum possible result on all rolls (though a natural 20 is not an automatic success/critical hit when using this ability); opponents within 150 miles get the worst possible result on all rolls (though this does not induce automatic failure on a natural 1).

Omnific Might: The dragon's base damage uses d1000s. Its damage from Virtual Size Categories is limited to 2000 dice.

Omniversal (Ex): The dragon cannot be banished by any effect. It transcends universes and is not native to any (thus universe-specific immunities such as Transcorporeal and Unreal do not work against it).

Transcosmic Consciousness (Ex): A muhlatimic dragon's senses extend to the boundary of the super-universe it is currently within, including all universes, dimensions, planes, planar layers and worlds within it.

Transmortal (Ex): The dragon cannot be killed unless its Constitution is first reduced below 130 or its divine rank is reduced below 48.

Unaligned (Ex): The dragon is beyond alignment and immune to alignment-dependent effects.

Wings of Annihilation (Ex): The dragon's wings are formed of Entropy dimensions, rifts into nonbeing. Their damage is permanent damage and each hit annihilates 24 Hit Dice.

Notes: I needed to use Beefermatic's Might rules for this one: otherwise it would have had 60 Virtual Size Categories above Macro-small (30 doublings or 1,073,741,824x).
