I've noticed there are new powers included with the D&D Miniature range but I haven't noticed any discussion about them here. In particular there is a new Barbarian at-will "Foe to Foe" which doesn't require two-handed weapons. And so, have these been considered or should I put in a proposal?

I've seen that Weapon Expertise is usually used as a generic +1 (etc) to hit. However I've just read the text again and it seems only to apply to weapon POWERS! To me that means that you do not get the + to hit when using basic attacks as they are not Power attacks. Is that right?
