Rules won't load

I've tried a couple of days in a row now to read the forum rules here, but I get an error message when I try. I want to know a couple of things.

First, it seems before that I've seen people on this forum link to their d20 related eBay sales. I want to verify if that's OK. I'm doing some spring cleaning and won't be in any more campaigns until the advent of 4th edition, so I figured I'd put most of my gaming stuff up on eBay. I do not want to go against any community rules however.

Second, if posting a link to my eBay auction is OK, which forum is appropriate for that? Should I just promote with a signature?

Thanks, Eric! That's exactly what I was looking for. I was just going to try in IE to see if the page just wouldn't open in Firefox, but no need now.
