I'm assuming we'll be working out the character creation rules in the Game of Opposite:Heros thread? So should we go talk about it over there? I've got 3 character concepts to choose between, depending mostly on the level and what's available.

Yep character concepts and machanics in the heroes thread, we don't want those filthy villains to know what we'll be

And all the villains to the villains thread, so we can all think of ways to dispotch those icky goody-goody-two-shoe-heroes
