EN World Our new Community Supporter Accounts

I've finally set up the new community supporter accounts on this Xenforo software. Some notes --

1) Your old account won't work. You'll need to cancel it (at PayPal -- unfortunately, I can't do it for you) and set up a new one here.

2) There are two levels: Community supporter and epic supporter, for $5 and $10 respectively. You can pay monthly or annually.

3) There's also an account type designed for publishers, DMs Guild creators, Kickstarter campaigners, etc. which will allow you to post promotional threads in the general forums rather than the Publishers/Promotions forum.

Join dates, post counts and point counts just disappeared (within the last hour or two) from under each poster's name and avatar to the left of their posts. Related?

They haven't been there since we upgraded to Xenforo last summer.

Maybe - the timing would agree - but if it's tied to the underlying software, what would the theme matter?

It isn't "tied to the underlying software". It is retrieved from the database, styled, and presented to you. The theme can exclude a whole lot of elements from display.
