Out of curiosity, is this a recent happening? What I mean is, when - exactly - did it start down its path of good intentions? Is someone specific in charge of it? If so, did it perhaps start down that path when they were replaced with someone else? Or, if it is controlled by a group of persons, did it change its feel after a major turnover of some sort? Or is it just an inevitable occurrence due to the increased complexity of the rules (due to ever more numerous books in print)?
