D&D 4E Homebrew: New versions of 4E "Invoker" cantrips for use by 5E Clerics (or other classes?)

In another thread, nightspaladin asked about rebuilding a deceased 4E Invoker as a 5E character for one last battle.

I thought it might be a useful thing to have 5E versions (i.e. toned down in power) of the 4E Invoker At-Will powers, in case anyone else had a similar desire; so here's this:

Home-brewed 5th Edition versions of 4th Edition "Invoker" class at-will attack powers.

FIFTH EDITION cantrips do much less than FOURTH EDITION at-will powers.
The methods used to reduce the effect of these cantrips for 5th Edition are:
(1) Fifth-Ed. cantrips don't deal Ability Modifier damage, so remove those;
(2) Fifth-Ed. cantrips use smaller die sizes, so some of these are reduced;
and (3) Some of the non-damage effects are modified or removed completely.

DAMAGE TYPES are retained from Fourth Edition: "Astral Wind" deals untyped
damage; both "Divine Bolts" and "Vanguard's Lightning" deal lightning damage;
"Visions of Blood" deals psychic damage; and the rest deal radiant damage.

SPELL ATTACKS vs. SAVING THROWS: Fourth Edition provided no Invoker At-Will
powers that attacked AC. However, some of these new versions are based on
5th Ed. cantrips that do attack AC, namely "Shocking Grasp" and "Thorn Whip."
I only based one of these on "Shocking Grasp," and that one is "Vanguard's
Lightning," so I made that one a spell attack; and of the two new versions I
based on "Thorn Whip," I made "Sun Strike" be a spell attack as well,
choosing that one because it is single-target while "Astral Wind" is an area
of effect.
Other people might find it more familiar to keep "Sun Strike" and "Vanguard's
Lightning" as DEX saves instead of Ranged Spell Attacks. It's an easy change,
if so.

ASTRAL WIND (Based on "Thorn Whip," which has Range 50', deals 1d6, pulls 10')
RANGE: Self (15-ft. cube); COMPONENTS: V, S; TARGET: Any; CON saving throw.
FAILED SAVE: takes 1d4 damage and is pushed 5 feet.

AVENGING LIGHT (Based on "Frostbite" *, which deals 1d6 and has a rider)
RANGE: 60'; COMPONENTS: V, S; TARGET: One creature; CON saving throw.
FAILED SAVE: takes 1d6 radiant damage; takes your CON modifier
extra radiant damage if an ally of yours is within melee range of target.

DIVINE BOLTS (based on "Acid Splash," which targets one or two creatures)
RANGE: 60'; COMPONENTS: V, S; TARGET: one or two creatures within 5' of
each other; DEX saving throw. FAILED SAVE: takes 1d6 lightning damage.

GRASPING SHARDS (based on "Create Bonfire" *, which creates an area
effect of 1d8 fire damage at a selected point within 60' range)
RANGE: 60'; COMPONENTS: V, S; TARGET: Any; DEX saving throw. You create
a column of divine light at a point you can see within range. The column
fills a 10-foot tall cylinder with a 5 foot radius. DAMAGE: Any creature
in the area of effect at the time of casting, or which enters that area
or ends its turn there, takes 1d6 radiant damage on a failed DEX save.

HAND OF RADIANCE (Based on "Acid Splash"--except this targets up to THREE)
RANGE: 60'; COMPONENTS: V, S; TARGET: one, two, or three creatures;
DEX saving throw. FAILED SAVE: takes 1d4 radiant damage.

MANTLE OF THE INFIDEL (Based on "Vicious Mockery," which hampers attacks)
RANGE: 120'; COMPONENTS: V; TARGET: One creature; WIS saving throw.
FAILED SAVE: 1d4 radiant damage, and the target has disadvantage on its
next attack before the end of its next turn.

SUN STRIKE (Based on "Thorn Whip," which has Range 50', deals 1d6, pulls 10')
RANGE: 60'; COMPONENTS: V, S; TARGET: One creature; Ranged Spell Attack.
HIT: 1d6 radiant damage and push the target 5 feet any direction.

VANGUARD'S LIGHTNING (Based on "Shocking Grasp": 1d8 dmg., prevents reactions)
RANGE: 60'; COMPONENTS: V, S; TARGET: Any; Ranged Spell Attack. You create
an electrically charged column with 5' radius at a point you can see within
range. HIT: The target takes 1d6 lightning damage, and takes additional
damage equal to your Intelligence modifier if it makes an opportunity attack
before the end of your next turn.

VISIONS OF BLOOD (Based on "Thunderclap" *: 5' burst, Each, 1d6 thunder dmg.)
RANGE: Self (15-foot cube); COMPONENTS: S; TARGET: Any; WIS saving throw.
FAILED SAVE: takes 1d6 psychic damage.
