So February 6 is the official date when the Death Curse ends, for those who are waiting it out.
Note that the Death Curse still applies even after that date when playing/running the Tomb of Annihilation hardcover or the DMs Guild Adept adventures for Season 7. I suspect it will also still apply for DDAL 07-01 through DDAL 07-08, but we'll likely need some guidance on how to handle PCs that play through those adventures, depart and play other adventures, and then return (say by starting some Tier 1 adventures, leaving to gain extra XP in other DDAL adventures, then returning for the Tier 2 adventures). Currently, characters who do this are still affected by the Death Curse, but it's not clear if this should continue post-Acererak's defeat. (This was not an issue for Season 4 due to the Demiplane of Dread story award mechanic which prevented PCs from easily switching between Season 4 adventures and adventures from other seasons.)
