Suldanesselar from Baldurs gate2 is an interesting one for artwork, style and a few interesting locations.
I also think you can’t beat The Ruins of Myth Drannor for shear detail, although a few non-elven races were allowed in. The history of the city and its organizational structures may be useful.
Lastly I’m a big fan of the Return of the Archwizards series. It is well written and features the elven city of Evereska in some detail. In fact I would say Evereska is the most authentic 100% elven city I have seen described. Albeit not in a sourcebook.

If we're going books, the Last Mythal by Rich Baker was really fun and it gave a great view of life in Evermeet throughout. Also good looks at Elven culture and mores
