A new version of DM's Familiar is available at DM's Familiar Home Page. Give DM's Familiar a try, it will make you a better DM.
Changes for this version are:
* Weapons: There is a Weapons database that includes all of the SRD weapons. Drag-and-drop a weapon onto the combat board or a monster to equip that weapon.
* Codex Tree: The Codex Tree can now be imported and exported. This means that you can now share adventures you've written with others. DMF creates all the files you need to share your adventure, custom monster, custom spells, or anything else you've included.
* Combat Board: A PC entry can now be a PC, Friend (Henchmen, familiars), or Foe (NPC). All 3 can be color-coded on the Combat Board. Initiative can be rolled for Friends automatically if you like. Combat Board now tells you when a 1 or a 20 was rolled. Critical hits are now supported.
* PC/Monsters: Instantly add Everyman skills.
* Rules Database: There is now a full rules database to store any rules you'd like for instant access. Our Yahoo group has over 200 rules available for importing into DMF!
