Cohorts for 4e using companion rules?

Hey all,

With all of the companion options out there now (familiars, beast companions, summonings, etc.) has anyone taken a stab at making rules for cohorts? I believe it's in the range of possibility now.

We did rules for sidekicks as an April Fool's gag for Combat Advantage, but I think it works quite nicely.
