D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Sense Motive & Bluff for Rangers?

I was told by a friend that Sense Motive and Bluff were going to become class skills for Rangers in 3.5.

Does any one know if there is any basis for this rumour?

I hadn't heard this, but I hope they become class skills for all fighter types, at least so they can combat bluff, since they are the masters of combat and all.

I think it makes sense as it shows those skills in the ranger favourred enemy ability.
