D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] DR Question

the Solar has DR 15/Epic Evil. And its 15 point regen applies to anything other than evil epic weapon attacks, and spells and efects with the Evil descriptor

And as far as the blood war, they seem to be doing minimal reference to various planar things now, since theres no longer a standardized DnD cosmology...they want each DM to create there own, and not be bound into anything.
