Back in the 90's I played Audio Smith a TORG Nile Empire character and loved it. I was excited to hear it was back but my group was happy and content with Eberron. Now they are ready for something new. So has anyone played the "updated" TORG and how was it?

Seems like they ( Both WoTC and Pathfinder) rarely preview their sets anymore. Are they losing faith in their product? Hard to prepay 350+ dollars when you have no idea what the set has or looks. Thoughts?
