Libre Office Draw had too many unresolved defects, so used Libre Office Writer this time.
No calculations are performed, just fill in the form with your info.
Has roughly 350 fields.
Exports to fill-able PDF -- just be sure to tick the "Create PDF form" option when exporting.
Tab order of fields is orderly, if you care about that sort of thing.
If you don't like it, you can customize it within Libre Office Writer -- no special/expensive tools needed.
I put the spells sheets in a separate file.
