Please remember the OGL tag when starting threads that touch on it

There are posters who are, understandably, ready for a break from all the OGL talk and are using the ability to opt-out of seeing anything from the OGL tag to improve their ENWorld experience. But that only works if people remember to use the tag. So please do. It's a small kindness in a world that could use more of it.
