Apprentice can be recorded, but aren't full members of the guild. To be a master, someone needs to present an object he has crafted that will be evaluated by the guild, own his own forge and pay the member fee. Only masters are allowed to produce goods for Commercial and Industrials use. A master can be help by any number of apprentice. Personnal production can be done by non-member without penalties.
