Fallout is still happening in the kickstarter space. Tanares (the $2 million plus campaign featuring Ed Greenwood) is saying that the campaign will not be affected as it was completed before the new OGL was even hinted at, much less finalised. Starlight Arcana is badly spooked, they're alternately talking about going to a home system even though they were funded as OGL/5e and even though the book is a supplement and the home system hasn't been published, and either providing conversion docs or just filing enough serial numbers off to make it 5e-usable. Heroes of Mythic Americas are at this point pushing ahead with an OGL release, but the've said they'll rethink if their IP is endangered (and they've got a late 2023 delivery date, so the new OGL will almost certainly be finalised by then). Historica Arcanum are planning to run a survey of backers to see what their preferences are. Grimhaven, which is close to complete, are sticking to OGL 1.0a and crossing their fingers. Paleaogames believe their content is generic enough that they can remove a few spells etc and then publish with a community licence like ORC or without a licence at all if 1.0a goes away. As predicted, a whole lot of uncertainty and confusion. The projects backed the longest time ago are the most confident because in many cases they're already at the printers or shipping, so they reckon they're safe unless 1.0a is actually retroactively invalidated, which seems unlikely. The more recent projects are stressing out. No idea what WotCs next OGL iteration will look like, ORC isn't out yet so no idea there either, and no real idea whether any of the doubtless upcoming 5e retroclones (Black Flag etc) will be compatible enough to use, or which if any will be a recognisable industry standard. I suspect the 5e KS market will be going very quiet for a while yet until things become clearer.
