Lime, syrup, and ginger beer? Eeek.

Ixnay the syrup and add dark rum (or mezcal, or...) and you've got good stuff.

To me this reads as a virgin Moscow Mule. Just add 2 oz. of vodka (maybe that’s what the gelatinous cube brings to the table?) put it in a copper mug, and garnish with a lime wedge or sprig of mint.

Remember, if you boil the tea you can mix in sugar until it becomes supersaturated. Then cool it in the fridge for a day and yum!

I used to drink gallons of the stuff when I was a kid. Hot day? Tall glass of super saturated tea serup to cool off. Cold day? Tall glass of supersaturated tea surrup but room temp.

Im not sure I’ve ever gotten all that sugar out of my system.
