During this thirty-day period, you take a -1 penalty on attack and weapon damage rolls. After those thirty days, you can immediately summon a new mount.</p><p></p><p>The effective level is your Paladin level plus your effective Druid level granted to you by the Ranger class (One-half your Ranger level).
