That reads like an over reaction. I'd not read so much into things. AV and Kingmaker are very popular right now because they have Foundry integration and pretty recent. Newer APs have yet to come into force as much because the average AP takes 1-2 REAL LIFE YEARS to run for many groups. They also picked up headway at the same time as a lot of people fled from the initial salvo of WotC's repeated fiacos. AND... Abomination Vaults was on Humble Bundle right at that time, with it's Foundry key included in that bundle. Since that time another AP has appeared on Humble Bundle with it's Foundry Key: Age of Ashes. So I suspect this one will get a lot of conversation once enough people have gotten through AV and Kingmaker. 5 different APs have come out in full since the WotC fiascos began. A 6th one will have it's part two sent to me as a PDF any day now - It's already in my order history but I can't download until the order "completes". As a subscriber I get those PDFs 2-3 weeks before non-subs do. So we're moving fast on this stuff. And that's the thing. Content at Paizo comes out very often. VERY OFTEN. So there isn't a "single AP" that everyone plays like with D&D 5E. Even AV and Kingmaker likely can't claim to have been seen by a majority of PF2E players. People won't have widespread opinions on things when there are more choices than the menu at an over-the-top Ice Cream shop.
