I had a link to a site that would generate names from any country but I can't find it right now. You could select the country that you wanted and it would randomly generate several names. Does anyone know of any site like this? I really need non-fantasy names from different countries.

I was just thinking about it and really did like weapon speed factored into intiative. It just makes sense to me that some weapons can be wielded faster then others. So am i alone on this, or do any of you guys agree?
