I've noted that there was a time in my post-teen years when I decided it was better to get sad about things than angry as a default. Its still not altogether healthy, but I think still the better choice most of the time.
Ever since I was a kid, I thought of myself as a very angry person. Later in life I was doing a heart meditation, where you really looked into your heart. I was nervous about this, because I didn't know what I was going to do with all of the anger in there. But when I actually looked in my heart, I realized it was all just fear. These days, I try to embrace the fear.

I'm always angry (must be the reason why the Hulk is my favorite Marvel character) but RPGs are not remotely on my list of things worth getting angry about.

(though the way some people treat others because of RPGs does make me angry)
