D&D 5E [IC] Creamsteak's Storm King's Thunder: Waterdeep

The trolls look at each other quite confused. They're not exactly very sneaky, and consider just calling the nearest giant over for a word. "What's the squeeky one going on about?" "I think it has something to do with bees."

Presuming you just want to scout with Bell and Whistler at the moment...

OOC:
Eek, that's a lot of monsters!
Can we see how large the piece of metal is, or if it is still largely buried like the other fragment?

A few small chunks of adamantine covered in mud seem to be at the feet of the female giant with the big flaming sword. She holds a long steel chain which is bound to each of the trolls with the grey chain markers around them, like a professional dog walker but with a horde of trolls. The trolls fling up mud, plants, and refuse... digging and diving trying to find more remnants of whatever remains.

One lazy troll seems to absentmindedly trip in the mud. The female giant scowls at her "crew" and repeats for them, "It digs the relics in the fenn or else it gets the yoke again." She then touches the pommel of her sword to that particular link of chain and it turns bright red. Heat transfers down the links and then scalds the creatures neck causing screaming and convulsing. Even hiding its head under the water doesn't seem to help the creature. After a moment, the she giant stops.

"There is more! Much more! Bring me what lies beneath this wretched bog!"

OOC:
I have suggestion, but that will only affect one creature. Also have Grease, up to the GM if falling over will cause her to drop the sword. We could then grab it and run away?

OOC:
Could suggest something like "Trolls are poor servants; I suggest you throw that sword away and hunt for the vonindod with your bare hands."
If it works, that would occupy her for 8 hours while we focus on the other fire giant..

OOC: I've got Command prepped, so that could be used to try to get her to drop the sword.

Perhaps Gul should try using Suggestion first though, since that could avoid a fight altogether.
