Not if the AI in question is using artist reference and work outside of the company's ownership, however. But that's going to be a massive can of worms.

I believe that, at the moment at least, that's limited to artists who input some form of self-created art as an initial image that the AI then works from. It doesn't cover "AI art" entirely stolen from human artists purely derived from text inputs.

This part really stood out to me: Classic abuser language. That, along with the constant gaslighting throughout the statement, is showing everyone exactly who WotC are, and what they want. It's not a pretty picture.

Although Hasbro is now run by Chris Cocks, who was president and COO of WotC. His predecessor, Brian Goldner, was intent on expanding Hasbro's reach into TV, film and digital platforms, so it's unlikely the board would choose someone who was against that type of expansion.
