Living EN World Forum Issues

Howdy!

It's been awhile since I've been around (I haven't had access for the last few months), so I may not have an idea of what's going on. If that's the case, please ignore me.

The LEW (Living EN World) forum is currently without a moderator. We have our judges around, but that doesn't assist in moving the threads, or closing old ones. For instance, rihgt now we have a thread with almost 1000 posts - and I can't recall if threads were supposed to be kept under a certain size, but one with almost 1000 posts is probably problematic on the servers.

So basically, I'm asking that we either get a moderator who's already a mod down in the forum that we can tell what needs to be done, or we need a new moderator down in the LEW forum specifically - somebody from there, with no other responsibilities (or maybe in PtG and TtT as well, since Creamsteak is gone and he's a mod there, as well, though Brother Shatterstone can probably take care of them) - so we can get some threads closed and other things taken care of?

As far as I know you have 2 moderators for that area - Creamsteak and Brother Shatterstone. EDIT: Argh - didn't read the whole message. Nevermind.

It would take me, I imagine, ten minutes tops to keep up with your stuff a week... I got the time. List me the problems that need to be addressed and I will be more and welcome to assist.

Anyway, in the character thread, there is a mispost by the Living Enworld Judge account, and one by Kishwa Dogteeth. Kishwa's second post contains the correct character, so in this case, the first post (#191) should be deleted.

Usually, you can delete your own posts...so the LEW Judge account should be able to hit "Edit" on the post and just delete it themselves. Of course, the forum settings may not allow it, but pretty much every forum here works that way.

Easy way to get rid of double posts and misposts.
