[sblock=Fun w/ Powers]Taking inspiration from others, I played around with the names of Incarnation's powers at Lvl 10: They are largely inspired by The Five (of course). Enjoy.

Carenvale's Star-crossed Strike (Eldritch Strike)
Mauros' Rebuke (Hellish Rebuke)

Whisper of Treehammer's Strength (Hero's Arrow)
Mauros' Fiery Bolt (Fiery Bolt)
Icy Prison of the Fire Mage (Chains of Levistus)

Mauros' Searing Imprisonment (Kalak's Burning Sands)
Proclamatino of Doom (Tyrannical Threat)
Doom's Burning Shackles (Tyranny of Flames)

Warforged Resilience
Wrathful Aspect of the Black's Disciple (Wrathful Aspect)
Unbreakable Bond of The Five (Unspeakable Bond)
Mixed Fate of the Star-Touched Seer (Troublesome Aid of Caiphon)

BTW: Whisper of Treehammer's Strength (Hero's Arrow) will give Incarnation the ability to heal allies in a limited way 1/encounter as well.[/sblock]

Hadrak takes some times to learn the ritual before starting it. He the starts to pray, mumbling some incantation and prayers to the Gods. In a few hours, the group will know if Lauto will have open the gates of the death realm to the Warden and the Warden's soul will have travel back to his old body.

During that time, Incarnation, Georg and Raiyek takes time to read all the books and the journal the group have gather from Master Estergrin personal library. Sadly, most of the books are in Tsugo and little can be decipher from them for now.

But the group is able to understand a few things:

1. The correspondence of Estergrin and Mauros is courteous and seems mainly polite. They seems to follow the protocol of the Jade Empire in terms of respect and honor. Among the things told, Mauros wish to see sometimes Estergrin, but not appointment or meeting seems to have been planned or even less happen.

2. Some passage in dwarven talk about the runic powers of the dwarves priest. The notes are mainly theoretical and have some scholarship value, but for now, the group doesn't seems to be able to make something useful out of it.

3. There is a map on the last page. The map is a map of Valhyr. No one being familiar with the continent, the map seems to be accurate as much as they can figure.

4. There is a paper that was folded into the journal. The paper handwriting is different from the journal. There is also a small hole in the paper. A hole that seems to be made by the tip of a stiletto or by a needle. The words tells:

The elf draws, the dwarf speaks, the genasi gives and the dragonborn keeps.

During that time, the old man speak with Dane. "I see you are not as busy as your friends. Before you rest for teh night, I would like to ask you one last task. I have some items I would like to get back tonight, but I have buried them... it was over ten years ago I think... and I am too weak at the momen tto get them. They have been buried along the wall that run near the see, just over there. Would you help me gather them?"

[SBLOCK=OOC]500 gp worthh of Iridium will be use by Raise Dead.

Nothing more have been found on Agent Grey.

Will the group use Comprehend language to decipher the books? With what ritual items you will cast it, Iridium?[/SBLOCK]

Sighing as he reaches the end of another book containing no relevant revelations, Raiyek leans back in his chair and rubs his tired eyes. My Lady, there must be some meaning to our quest in these books, but I just cannot see it, he silently calls to his goddess.

Deciding to take a short break, the elf excuses himself. He notices the sword that Agent Grey had wielded and picks it up, testing the balance. Once outside he begins to go through practice movements with the blade, using the familiar old repetition to clear his mind and feel the blade move as an extension of his body and will.

Once his thoughts are less confused, he whispers his musings to himself. "The elf draws, the dwarf speaks, the genasi gives, and the dragonborn keeps ... I wonder ... It cannot be us, we have no genasi or dragonborn among our number ... Elf, dwarf, genasi, dragonborn ... The Warden and his allies from the grove at Daunton? What significance do each of them bear, then?" By the end of his exercises he feels no closer to an answer than when he began, though at least he is not frustrated.
[sblock=OOC]Any magical properties to Agent Grey's sword, or is it simply well-crafted? :)

Anyone else have any ideas what the note means? I'm wondering what meaning of 'draws' is being used - drawing a picture? Drawing a bow? Drawing some water? The last would be very close to 'keeps' for the dragonborn, so I'm thinking more with the first two ... but not sure what it might mean beyond that, lol.[/sblock]

Dane gets up from his seated position and gives the old man a thumbs up with a toothy grin. He stumbles outside and tries to find something that can be used as a shovel. If no such impliments are abound, then he'll just use his shovel to assist in his digging. He looks around constantly it hops nothing gets the drop on him.

OOC: Ugh. I let myself get a little out of touch.

Hadrak has 17845XP which is enough for level 9 but I'll spend DM to match Incarnation. He's not getting away from me! He'll be a Radiant Servant if it comes to paragon.
