What is Aglaia's Kiss, what does it do, and is there any additional thing Aglaia did to Ironwolf when she was pestering him about his hopes and dreams?

(OOC: Aglaia's Gift gives you a +2 profane bonus to your Charisma score and to all saving throws, as mentioned a few times previously. She didn't do anything else to Ironwolf other than reading his mind, though the gift is specifically what she mentioned when she said that he should keep it as a memento if he values the well-being of his loved ones)

ooc: so in respect to rounding up. What are the non-Orussus people going to do? Micheal wants to go to Fallon and the lodge? Is he going to talk Hulgyr into going with him?
If not, can we fast forward the 'helping out the locals with the limited means we have'? Or are there parts in that we need to play out/make decisions on?
